Enquiries are delivered to authorized Patsons Energy or Al Shola Group personnel involved in sales, engineering, service or administration. Our email delivery provider processes the message only to transmit it to the responsible team.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the project, legal, accounting and business-record purposes. The website uses encrypted transport, server-side validation, rate limiting and restricted administrative access; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
